When will my pre-order ship?
Gloves and polos ordered during the pre-order window are expected to ship by October 7, 2026. We'll keep you posted by email along the way.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
You're charged in full at checkout, same as any other order.
Will my gloves and polo ship together?
Yes — you'll get tracking info at time of shipping.
Depending on some pre-orders and availability for in stock items, there may be cases where they ship separately. You will only be charged for shipping at time placing your order. If separate orders have been placed, you will be charged for shipping for each order. If you feel you made a mistake and created separate orders, email us at info@nicemitts.com and we'll see what we can do to accommodate.
What sizes do the gloves come in?
N Motion and The Classic 4 Roll are both available in 13", 14", and 15" Senior.
What's your return policy?
Apparel has a 30-day return window from delivery (sale items are final sale). Stock gloves may be exchanged for a different size or color, or returned for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery — gloves must be unworn, free of odor, and have original tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom glove orders are final sale. Full details are on our Returns Policy.
