Thank you for your purchase! Here at Nicemitts, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for clothing items and a 14-day return policy for hockey gloves.

Clothing & Accessories

To be eligible for a return, clothing and accessory items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Clearance items or items purchased that are on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Hockey Gloves

All gloves are final sale. To be eligible for an exchange, hockey gloves must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear and tear. All original logos and stitching must be 100% accurate from creation. Gloves may be exchanged for a new size or color as long as the return pair or pairs meet the exchange requirements.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged and does not meet our quality design standards, you may be offered a refund, store credit, or an exchange. If this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will provide a refund, store credit, or exchange after receipt and inspection of the damaged item(s).

Orders Lost or Not Received

For orders lost or not received, please contact us immediately and we will address the matter by verifying and researching with the shipping carrier. If you entered an incorrect delivery address at time of purchase, you (the customer) are responsible for all additional shipping charges due to inaccurate information at time of purchase. 

Eligible Returns

For items that are eligible for return, those items will be reviewed upon receipt. If the item meets the requirements outlined above, we will issue either a store credit or a full refund, depending on the preference of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all items they wish to return including exchanges unless items are damaged and do not meet our quality design standards.
